30th Anniversary of John Lennon’s Death

On Dec. 8, 1980, John Lennon was murdered in New York City.  In remembrance of this tragic event, The Detroit Area Library Network has added a new playlist to their YouTube Channel titled “The 30th Anniversary of John Lennon’s Death.”  This playlist contains historical footage from various network television stations, radio accounts, commentaries, and remembrances from various people that knew Lennon.  The playlist may be accessed through the following link: http://tinyurl.com/youtube-lennon
